 To bill your insurance for acupuncture, click the button below to submit your policy information. We will contact you within a few days for scheduling. We can accept many Blue Cross Blue Shield and United plans as an In-Network provider, as long as the benefits include acupuncture treatment.

We can bill as a Cigna, Aetna or 1199 Out-Of-Network provider. Call your insurance if you aren’t sure if acupuncture is covered.

Please note, we are not able to bill insurance for massage.
